Help with clown fish.

Don't know what happened. But noticed some flesh torn off it tonight. Don't have fresh water made yet got the fish in a qt box in the main tank so no other fish can get to it. What should I treat it with? I don't have much on hand tonight. Prazi pro ihc. Gonna try for a better pic

Really bad bacterial infection. A 30 minute bath in methylene blue and then into a QT with antibiotics (quickly), these things can go sideways really fast. NFG powder would be my first choice; Furan 2 + Kanaplex + Metro would be next.
