Help with clownfish in sump

I am trying to catch my pistol shrimp but the clown fish keeps going into the trap. I have a bioclube 32 and was wondering if I can stick him in the 2nd chamber temporary.

Not familiar with biocube 32 2nd chamber, but like your line of thought...

since I can not comment on specifics, why not grab a bottle out of recycling, rinse it, cut slits for water flow, put clown in recycled temporary 'acclimation' box just built, new clown box back in tank, then reset trap for shrimp... Just a thought... Good luck!
