Hi. So I have a pair of clownfish that are in a 10g observation tank for about 2 weeks. Are the fins supposed to be jagged on the little clownfish? I'm also starting to see the bottom fin of the larger one getting jagged. Is this normal?

I also started noticing that the bigger one isn't eating. It'll go after the food but then spits it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Not eating is never a good sign. Maybe just feeding too much rn and it is spitting it out. How much/often are you feeding these little ones?
Jagged fins on the little guy is from the female establishing dominance so dont worry about that unless she starts getting more aggressive

I feed about 3 to 4 times a day. I have been alternating feeding with flakes and pellets daily. Then once a week a half cube of frozen baby brine. With the flakes, I take a couple of full size and break them up into very small pieces. Pellets about 10 pieces.
