Help with clownfish

about a week ago I bought these 2 clowns. I haven’t really seen them eat they seem to go for food, peck at it then back away. They always seem to hang around the heater even thought I have them in a 20g qt at 78 degrees. One of this have this white stringing thing hanging from it. Is this an internal parasite? The other one doesn’t have a white spot on it, it’s just a water mark in the glass. Thank you.

Try metroplex with focus from seachem. Mix it with their food

can you provide better photos? Maybe mush up pellets in a pessel and morter so they at least eat something, or change food entirely... Maybe frozen
