Help with Coral Identification

Hi all.
I'm Carlos (a Brazilian living in Sydney, Australia since 2011)
I'm new to this hobby, started with my Innovative Marine Nuvo 16 (64L)

a few months ago and everything is going very very well.
My partner got this Corals for me and I can't figure out their names (specie) if anyone can help me out with this will be great.
Here is the pic of the 3 corals and a picture of my Tank (any suggestion and tips will be very appreciate as well):

a unhappy toadstool unhappy favia and almost dead gonipora

What's wrong with them? That is how they got from the LSF

Toad stool looks fine as does the Favia. The Goniopora you should have not had to pay for, it's a difficult corals to begin with let alone starting with a poor specimen. I question the integrity of a fish store that sold that coral in that shape.
