Help with coral/ not opening or opening?

Hello,

I got a coral (I really have no idea what it is) and would anyone be able to tell me what is it and is it normal and opening?

It been in the tank for around 3
Months.

Looks like nepthia. And 3 months closed up is not good. What’s your water parameters and lighting like?

Alkalinity

Nitrate
6 ppm

Phosphate
0.2 ppm

And I’m using Nicrew 50w on 30l nano cube (80% blue and 10% white)
