Help with corals! Dying :(

Your tank is pretty new. Another point to add is that you don't have a high demand for anything like calcium. I would stop adding anything and stick with a regular water change schedule. A heavier tank stock would have certain demands that may require adding supplements.

My zoas have been closed for like a couple days straight now.

This was everything a week ago

Ignore me sounding like an idiot lol

I did a copper test kit, and it came to 0, so I have no idea what's going on lol

I have no idea how to use it lol - Do I send them some of my water? I can't figure it out.

They send ya a couple test tubes, you fill them, mail them out. Worth it though..
I would say don't do such large water changes. Do more water changes over time vs all at once.
Tank looks pretty clean so it probably hasn't had time to get to a stable cycle.

From what I've read the pH shouldn't be below 7.8 since 7.7 and lower they don't build on their skeleton anymore apparently.

My pH always sits at 7.8
