Checked my tank today rock is covered in what looks like head lice?? HELP

Can't tell from pics but my guess is pods if you Google it you can find pics and compare.

Probably isopods, these are a good thing... Hard to say for sure, these look rather large, definitely would need a nice clear picture to give a positive id.
