Help with cryptomonas and rhodomonas.

Hi everyone! I need help to eliminate (or decrease) cryptomas or rhodomonas on my Reef. My sand looks the same as dinos, but when I looked through a microscope I discovered that the problem is cryptomonas (or rhodomonas, I'm not sure).

is there any effective way to reduce these organisms?
