help with cupramine

iv just dosed my 120ltr plastic tub with the 1st dose of cupramine 1ml for 40ltr ! so I put 3ml into tub for the 120ltrs! says wait for 48 hours and do the same!
Iv checked on seachem copper test kit and says between 0.2 -0.3 so about right because says should be 0.5 mg/l final measure after next and last dose!
But on my Hannah its 0.22 ppm

question I wont to know please! Do I go only to 0.50 ppm on Hannah and 0.5mg/l on seachem chart

or do the 1.0 ppm starting dose on Hannah and up to 1.75 ppm over next few days ? this will be lot more than seachem say on test kit

Only go to .5ppm on the Hanna.

Cupramine is ionic copper. .5ppm is the proper therapeutic level.

Copper power or chelated copper is used at a higher concentration.

would you leave for 14 days at full .5 and then put fish into other tub with same salinity none treated water" and just watch for few days! then treat with general cure if any flicking

lost both fish in the end" the bicolour angel just started going nuts after the 7th day and when I put into no copper qt tank It was to late! The other fish a coral beauty came through copper ok but few days after putting into DT he got a lump under mouth that went like white/fungal and stopped eating" lost him after putting into QT with furan 2 and kapanax mix ! so not good start to my marine fish keeping mate!
