I pulled out all my fish from my reef tank because my Kole Tang got ich and decided to go fallow for 76 days. It’s been 2 weeks now in my HT. I slowly ramped up Coppersafe over 3 days and have maintained levels at 1.6-2.1 (using Hanna) over the past 10 days at least. I’ve already lost a bunch of fish including the Kole, copperband, fairy wrasse, etc. I think they were already too sick by the time I all caught them. It was almost 3 weeks before I got them all. I think they were too stressed too. In any case, the fish left in the 40gal HT have been doing well for the most part except for 2. My majestic angel (see pic) has had large white elevated spots on it for the past 3 days and seems to be having rapid breathing and poor appetite. The Rosy Red Fairy has a growth on top of its head like it’s growing horns which started maybe 1 week ago. Not really sure what’s going on. I’m not sure if the angel has ich or maybe flukes. And if the wrasse has some kind of tumor or abscess or internal parasites. I did already treat the tank with Prazipro x2 5 days apart as well. Any help would be appreciated.

1.6 is dangerously close to the absolute bare therapeutic minimum especially when you factor in the +\- .05 margin of error with the Hanna. Some of the spots on the Angel look like ich while some appear to possibly be lympho and the wrasse I would say has a bacterial infection. Lympho and the bacterial infection can occur because copper suppresses the immune system of the fish being treated. There are Prazi resistant flukes and you can do a FW dip on the Angel to see if any cone off.
Let’s get a second opinion though @4FordFamily @HotRocks @ngoodermuth

I think a freshwater dip to rule out flukes, and then antibiotics... would be my recommendation.
