Hi
Today I noticed a line on my emperor. Is it something I should be worried about?

That appears to be the start of head and lateral line erosion around the fish's head, combined with a prominent lateral line (which may be the same issue, but could be a bacterial infection - especially if is showed up in 24 hours).

Here is an article I posted here regarding HLLE:

Any ideas how to treat?
My water quality is good (low nitrates/phosphate and acroporas thriving)
I don't run carbon
I feed 1/2 sheet of nori once a day, 3 blocks of mysis and 1 block of artemis, + 4 times per day NLS pellets via autofeeder.
The only aggressive member in my tank is my male clownfish.

Takes a long time from what I’ve read, and the fish may be left with scars

You need to determine how fast this developed. If overnight , you should consider it might be a bacterial infection. If it developed over a week or more, then it is HLLE.

I have seen the scars for quite some time 1-2 months maybe, but always assumed it was either part of the transformation or he had been aggressed by my purple tang or my hippo tang. But since the typical new arrival aggression stopped, all other wounds healed except the head, as for the lateral line, i'm not sure since when it's showing

You say parameters are good. Can you be more specific with actual numbers for each?
Also - what test kits are you using ?
For diet:
Add ......
LRS herbivore diet
Spirulina brine shrimp
Small plankton
Hikari angel formula
Hikari veggie diet

baste the nori with garlic extract

ADD SELCON VITAMINS AND GARLIC TO THE FOODS DAILY FOR BOTH OVERALL STAMINA AND IMMUNITY HEALTH

From what I have understood dried food is more nutrient dense than frozen
I dunno I compare it to human food, you aren't eating biscuits all day long are you? Some nice meat crackers. Fresh/frozen is always better. Baked stuff is known to be missing things. Lots of fillers in things with minimal items with actual nutrients. Look at dog food. You have to read the entire label to figure out what's in it with 10% being an actual meat sometimes.

I will look into that more carefully. Thanks for your help

Frozen vs dried flakes. If I place both in the tank at the same time they won’t even touch the flakes until the frozen is gone. I mainly use flakes for phosphates.
