Help with extruded aluminum stand

Hi there,
I'm looking to make a new stand for my 93 gallon rimless cube (30x30x24).

I'm going to be building it from extruded aluminum by Misumi. They actually precut everything and supply all connectors based on your final dimensions.

I'm looking to do a 30x30x32 stand with this design:

I'm trying to determine what profile extrusion to use. Right now I'm looking at the HFS8 4040 (40mm x 40mm).

I believe @evolved just did an extruded aluminum stand. Maybe he can help.
