Help with Fauna Marin Coral Balance

I just received Fauna Marin Coral Balance and the directions say 1 measuring spoon per 100 lit...now is that 1 spoon level using the enclosed plastic spoon or I notice on the spoon 3 lines...does each line represent "one measuring spoon"? Thanks for your time with this.

Likely the whole enclosed spoon or it would say something like "to the first line"

Yes that's what I would think but it doesn't say anything like that just " 1 measuring spoon"...
