Help with fish scratch / parasite?

Help guys, my Valmini tang have had this scratch on his face for quiet a while now, almost a month. I thought it was healing but today I noticed a layer of white mucus and redness, could you pkease ID the problem. Is it a parasite, bacterial infection. Help

That is unlikely to be a parasite, both by the way it looks, and the treatments you've already done. It could be a bacterial infection, but it is unusual for an infection to stay stable for a month, and not get better or worse. Do you have a smaller tak you could move it to in order to treat with antibiotics?
