he's got pop-eye its treatable and curable just time and stable water conditions is the only thing i've ever seen done for it i had a royal gramma that had his eye actually fall out but he lived thru it...it died in a tank crash that i had about a year and a half ago but i'm sure some other people will have more info on the disease than that lol

One of my longfin rosy barbs has popbeye, haven't been able to get rid of it. But that's freshwater

I had a bi color angel and a maroon clown that both had pop eye. With good water and nourishment, it went away on its own in both cases.

Good water quality. Nitrates or stress cause it. Its basically a bacterial infection. With my experience I used kanaplex by seachem as directed for some cases with fish in a hospital system and had great results. However if it does go back to normal the fish may go blind in that eye. Goodluck

It can also be caused by injury; a simple scrape on a rock causing inflammation.

Thanks for the help but after reading some of the comments i think it could of start like you said evolved by him scraping on a rock because he's always bumping on rocks but anyways i'm going to do a water change and keep an eye on him thanks again
