Also - there was a comment above about the pump serving as a solenoid valve. The most widely used booster pump in this market is the Aquatec 8800 - this pump ALLOWS flow when it is not powered.

Went with a 12v dc controller from autotop off with a latching relay installed $30. Got a solenoid from them too. I had two float switches i set one on low position in ATO container and one in high position in ATO container. I plug this controller in the wall and bam everything works like a charm. When water hits bottom float it triggers solenoid to open and fills till it hits top float.
