Help with flow please.

Hello everyone I have always had a hard time on how to get a perfect flow in my reef tank.
I have 3 MP 40 in a mixed reef tank. ( WaterBox 180.5)
I need help with best placement, modes I could use and what % I should have them on. All help and advice is much appreciated.
