Help with flow question

See attached please.. if I just turn on uv pump while return pump is off will the flow get up to the left return line or will I lose pressure due to gravity since there is plumbing running below downwards?

Why not just plumb a manifold to the return and run everything through the UV with the single pump?

Because the uv pump has three exact flow I need.

Have you take into consideration vertical and horizontal height as well as the number of 45 and 90 degree turns in your calculations?

I can't tell what's really connected to what, other than you have two pumps, a UV and two returns.

The dotted lines are the pipes running from my return pump up to 2 returns.
Return pump is off. Behind it is my uv pump pumping water over the sump into uv then up to that ball valve that is connected to the return lines.. just wondering if the water will make it up if I connect to that ball valve that I placed a while back just in case I need to tap I to it.

But if I connect to that ball valve I will fire up the uv pump and turn off return pump

Forget the second pump and extend a manifold off your return pump through the UV then to both return outlets.
