Help with flow?

Hello, I have a 20g long that I currently have a 480gph powerhead and an aqueon 75 which I believe is rated at 400gph.

I have 2 clowns in the tank and the flow seems like it's too much. I turned off the powerhead and it seemed to help.

What powerhead/wavemaker do you guys suggest for a nano tank this size?

That size tank, you can just use the flow from the return pump is enough. But if you feel like you need a little more flow then just add a small one around 8-10x turn over

Jeboa makes a OW 10 that can be set to as low as 132gph. I use 2 of them in a 20. One comes on while the other is off. I have both off for 15 min each on off cycle so just the return pump is moving water
