It looks to be throwing its mesenterial filaments. Being deflated like that I'd assume warfare from the hammer at this point. Most of the time euphyllia can get along. I'd move it for the time being just to be safe.

That’s weird...they been touching for almost a year now

do you run activated carbon? Could be anything in the water that annoyed it, especially unhappy anemones

I have bubble tips but there happy and yes a run carbon

It's weird for sure. If it was just deflated I wouldn't be to concerned but its guts are out so either it's a defense or it was hurt is what I'm thinking.

Most of the times frogspawns and hammers get along but sometimes out of no where, warefare can happen. Even with different types of hammer (ancora, parancora). Try moving it elsewhere away from the hammer with lower flow. Also, have you tested your parameters in case there was a sudden change?

Check your parameters incase there has been a change. Sometimes damage from an attack isn't immediate and can take a little time to show it's full extent. Maybe try an iodine dip

I seen yours and started having flashbacks of the peppermint shimp that I still suspect to this day that took mine out.
