Help with future tank purchase

Well guys I need some help figuring out how many holes should I drill on a new tank I'm buying the measurements are 96x24x31 tall. I have a 75 tank now but I don't want to have a internal overflow anymore I would like to have an external one so I figure I ask you guys what are your thoughts on how many holes I need to have for the water going in and out of the tank Thanks
 
Well hopefully i get some advise this time. I'm going to get this tank but I want to have it running the best way I can specially after seeing some of the tanks on this forums I decided the best thing would be to ask you guys because there is so many ways I can do it I seen some guys have close loop others have other things and i want this to be the best it can be so please help me figure this out so I can start on it and get start it. The measurements 96x24x31 with eurobracing and I want to plumb everything to a different room Thanks
