help with goni

bought this a goni from my lfs it was doing great but it never really extends in my tank, i’ve tried feeding it reefroids, live photo and oyster feast but does not respond. sometimes the polips do open up but don’t expand. i have it in a very low light/flow area. my tank is about 2-3 months old and all my corals are doing fine but the goni. could it be bothered by the high alk and calcium? i ordered new salt already hopefully that will lower those parameters. i will do small water changes to bring it down. any ideas on how to get it to fully expand?

Have you tried in a slightly higher flow/light area?

Not sure what your nitrates are, but it appreciates trace or higher for sure
