Can you get photos under white light? What are your parameters? How long has the hammer been in your tank? How long has it looked unhealthy?

It’s has looked this way since last night. Much worse this morning. The coral has been in my tank for a week.
salinity is 1.025
Nitrate is 15
Nitrite 0
Alk 140
PH 8

Alk 14? Are you dosing?

Did you dip your coral before adding it? You might try getting it off the sand bed in case something is irritating it down there.

This post suggests that Brown Jelly Disease could be related to issues with Alkalinity. If that were the case, I'd think you'd see damage on your other hammers. Are your other hammer corals opening up as normal?

Well, if this is BJD as @crawling junk posted, then you may want to read through this post to learn about possible treatments. Good luck!
