Help with hob eshopps overflow

So, today i brought my 125g home and looks like the glass is tempered, i bought the eshopps hob overflow PF1000 but i don't know anything about plumbing i never had a sump either. i'm going to use a 40g or 55g as sump, what kind of plumbing, return jets and pump should i get?

What brand tank? Most 125’s only have tempered bottoms. I’m personally not aware of any 125’s that have the back glass tempered. The Eshopps hang on overflows are nice but they are loud and will drive you NUTS!!!
