Help with I’d and removal

Please help me with what type of algae this is and best way to remove it. It’s a thirty gallon tank with a clean up crew of Mexican turbo snails (2).
red leg hermit crab 2
Nassrius snail 4
Last water test
Nitrate 5ppm
Phosphate.5ppm

Looks like cyano or dinos to me. Scoop it out, add 100ml of saltwater, add 5ml of h2o2 and see if bubbles start to form. If they form, it’s cyano.
