During a Diatoms outbreak in a new 75 gallon tank 3 months old. My PH dropped to low 7s. I did a big water change 20% after water was getting extremely cloudy and added some PH buffer to help increase the PH back and moved pumps to surface to allow more air into the system. I did purchase a Media Reactor and added some BRS GFO to help eliminate phosphates on the water. I do use a 4 stage RODI for water. My blue tang and coral beauty today was covered. No other fish seems to be infected as of yet. I do have a few coral and a lot of rock so catching and removing is NOT an option. I do not own a QT tank sadly. My six line wrasse is eating some of the ich off them. But it’s very very slow. Can anyone give me products or assist with anything I can do to control this and help remove. Once again it must be Reef safe and I don’t own a QT tank. So copper isn’t an option. Thank you

My pet store said Metro Plex and Focus to put in food. Thoughts?

If you don’t have many inverts, you can try to pull them and run hypo. It doesn’t solve the lack of a qt but won’t need to be as large as a fish tank.
Can you post a pic and video to confirm ich - angels and tangs are prone to lymphocytosis which can look like ich.
