Help With ID. Black Spot on Lyretail Anthias

Hello,

I just noticed a large black spot on my Lyretail Anthias could this be a parasite or internal infection? Or could it just be a bruise? He does like to hide in the rockwork, and has just recovered from Popeye caused by injuring his eye. I used the Epsom Salt treatment and he recovered in about a week and a half. Please help with identification of this mystery black spot and any treatment advice is appreciated. I was having an issue attaching a video so I'm including a link to the video. Hi,

When I hear "anthias that might have a bruise" I always jump to the possibility that it could be Uronema. In this case, the lesion is darker than is typically seen in Uronema (which is good, because that isn't really treatable). I did see some hint of disrupted scales on the other side of the fish also, can you confirm? How long have you had the fish and how was it quarantined?
