Help With ID (Dino's???)

Are these Dino's??

These cells are diatoms - something like these entomoneis.
You can see that only the darker chloroplast shows up well, and the clear silica structure is barely visible. Makes them hard to make out and recognize as diatoms.

?? How do I increase my nitrate and phosphate safely? Just over feed reef frenzy or dry pellets?
