Help with Id on my Royal gramma

I'm trying to get a I'd on what my Royal Gramma has so I figure out how to help him . He eats like a pig and is acting perfectly normal . On his right side it looks like he have white blotches it looks like the skin is almost flaking off . It's definitely not ICH but idk if it's a bacterial or fungal infection. I've tried to take the best pictures I can . If I absolutely have to I'll remove him from the DT to get a better picture ( it will be a pain in the butt ) thanks for any input and help .

Could be Brooklynella or a bacterial infection. Treat in a QT with the "trifecta" of Kanaplex + Furan2 + Metro. This will cover both possibilities. In the transfer to a QT, I'd consider a 60 minute bath in Ruby Reef Rally. This is also good for both possibilities.
