Could someone please ID this for me? It's both on the rocks and sand.

Looks like green cyano with round diatoms(?)

What kind of dynos? they are not moving at all and don’t look like any other known dyno types.

Pointy diatoms, some strands of cyano, and a green round single-cell algae -perhaps a kind of cyano.
No noticeable dinos.
 
The perfectly round green algae seems to be getting more common (or we're noticing it more with the advent of using microscopes to ID dinos). I've seen it often and even had it in my nano tank.
