Looks like an asterina starfish to me. Not necessarily bad as long as the don't overpopulate the tank. I have a few in my tank and whenever I see one I can easily grab I just remove it.

Asterina starfish. Some are good, some eat coral. Impossible to tell them apart without a microscope. I would get it out

also usually when there is 1, there are many more. Keep your eye on them

Theyre not welcome in my tank and stupidly come out in the open and lights on and I simply net them as I see them and drop in the toilet
