Get rid of it. using a syringe, Inject lemon juice or kalkwasser mixed into a paste into the center(core) of the anemone and it will melt away.

Knock that thing out before it has time to spread. It's easy now, but in a month when they're everywhere... not so easy.

I just removed the whole piece of rock and got rid of it to be on the safe side. thanks guys
