What are these white things on the mouth of the clown

Often clownfish get this from biting/fighting with other clownfish or nestling into stinging corals. Could either of those scenarios be the case here?

I was able to expand photo and looks to me like mucus and also spots on its back and face area suggesting the start of brooklynella. (perhaps a couple of more pics under white lighting to confirm will be helpful)
 
Here’s another picture with more lighting. There’s some more similar looking lesions anterior to his left pectoral fin. If this is brook, I do have ruby reef rally. So I can do that and the hybrid ttm while i wait for formalin. Or is the formalin overkill?
