I saw this in someone's tank. When I asked what it was he didn't know and said that no one he has asked knew. So I asked to take a picture of it. And a video to see if anyone knew.
It is under 50/50 PC and came from a tank where it had been for many years. The tank it came from the owner passed and this was the only thing that had survived until he found it.

Picture of it once he tried to make the polyps retract. It was very difficult to get them for this point. He held them and moved them around for about 5 minutes and they didn't really retract.
