Looks like a Cynarina an LPS, rather than than the soft coral Sinularia brassica/Cabbage coral.

Having trouble finding any cynarina pictures that are the same! I have seen these in other shops so im guessing they are there own species. Looks amazing under blue light I might go back to the shop and buy the bigger one that was bright green

Hmm Pectina never even occurred to me.

They sometimes get the common label of "cabbage coral" slapped on them too (think how a colony looks visually, and forget about the softie with the same common name).

I see it clearly now, they do kind of look like a head of lettuce or cabbage (especially the green variety)when they grow vertical and large.

You're a fountain of interesting tidbits/knowledge Hunter.
