This popped out of a recently added piece of live rock. Any ideas on what it is?

Looks like the legs of a brittle star

To me too, but stuck in a hole? If so do I need too worry about it? This is a 12 gallon nano reef tank

He's not stuck, trust me. They burrow themselves in the tiniest of holes on rocks

They do not get large, the largest I every had was the size of a silver dollar. They live literal in the rock so that is a normal state.
