Polyps are dark red maybe brown, I'm not sure if they are fully extended yet. My biggest reason for asking is I just want the right lighting and flow on it.

Pick any name you like. I'd go with Fred. Or maybe Kyle. It won't care too much

I would place it someplace with plenty of room around it. For easy frags, surround it with small-medium pieces of live rock rubble. As it grows (and it will) you can just remove the newly encrusted rocks and trade/sell them easily.
