Help with ID

So I got a Monti cap a few days ago. Mounted it and just now I noticed some kind of critter crawling around by it. It’s got little tentacles and seems to be slothing around. I never saw anything this size attached to the frag and I did dip it before I put it in. Need to know if I should get this out quickly or if it’s harmless. I also noticed it has a little trunk on it where it seems to be eating algae. Kind of like a conch.

Where would he have come from. I currently have 3 mexican turbo snails and 3 asters snail. I think I also have 1 or 2 Cerith snails left too.

I have looked at frags them put them back and not noticed them on the plug, they are masters of hiding in plain sight. Its a great day when you find the best snails you cant buy in your tank.

Pretty cool. I guess I’ll keep him. Seems to be going through all the little holes and crevices in the rocks
