First off, I’m not really sure this is the right place to post this question. But I’ll start here.

so I noticed the other day when my blue lights come on that there is a spot towards the top of my tank on the live rock. All I can say is that under the blue lights it is a bright pink color. It glows like a coral but I have no coral in my tank that is a bright pink. Looking at it today I noticed that there are now two spots. I posted a pic below and you can kind of make it out but it’s not a great pic. any ideas What it could be? It’s so odd.

Interesting. Dead coralline? I have a lot of coralline in my tank that doesn’t look that way under the blue lights. What would make it glow like that dead?

As the coroline dies it turns white. Blends in when under white light however it then does glow under the blue light. You might find it disappears soon as the coraline re populates
