There is green coralline algae however in my experience it takes a while for the coralline algae to want to take hold and start growing parameters got to be right lighting's got to be right I actually had to add fresh eggs with it already drawing on there and I had to buy some coralline algae out of the bottle to really get it to start taking hold in my tank they sell it at algaebarn and also BRS not positive but some might tell you not to try to do that at this moment and might be too new of a tank

From the looks of the rock in your pictures I would just assume that it's algee on there not an actual Coraline

I've had GHA in the past and I noticed after the GHA got handled that all of my rock had turned green. Encrusted - I can't remove it physically, which led me to believe it's green coralline. Don't tell me I got excited for no reason, haha

Yea I have one atm but it hasn't really done much for me. I've been playing around with the water flow through it hoping it just isn't calibrated to my pump/system.
I know that when it comes to UV sterilizers they need to be sized appropriately as well the only ones that I use are the pentair ones that brs sells

Yeah sorry I would just assume that it's from the green hair algae that used to be on there coralline algae also temperature is a fairly big thing with that as well it likes very stable parameters It love the aticnic lighting.

You can dose coraline, phyto, pods, worms, sponges and stars as much as you want. In fact i encorage it :)

And no i dont believe the green you see is coraline algae. Coraline is more of a thick calcifiction growth. Normally starts off as small patches of purple. I have other colors in my tank but its 10 years of growth and its very little.

Keeping your MAC stable helps coraline really take off.

Looks like this which led me to believe that it was. Thoughts?

I just used your caculator and it even shows the increase just becouse it can not go out farther then 50 does not mean there is not still a slight increase over time as there graph even shows this has to be removed another way or by resetting it with a 100 percent change
wrong thread there good sir! :D
