Hi all. Any idea what this could be? I have remove it a couple of times but keeps coming back on the same snail.

Mermaids cup?

This right here. Harmless and not a super fast spreader. If you want it off the snail, clip it off, put it on a small rock or some rubble, then scrub the snail shell out of the tank and rinse out of the tank. Using old tank water, of course. It will grow back if the smallest piece is left attached.

Thank you both!!
Very interesting algae. I will definitely try to keep it. I hope it reproduces while it goes around the tank on the back of the snail (snail name is now Hodor :) )
