Can anyone help me ID this algae/bacteria that grows in patches?

Doesn’t blow off with turkey baster but can brush it off pretty easy. Doesn’t come off in full sheets just little pieces.

Don’t mind the dino bloom I’m having!

Looks like cyano which is a bacteria and algae and loves light and thrives best when phosphate and nitrate are elevated
It should blow loose with a turkey baster, then net the loose particles

@vetteguy53081 That was my thought too but it doesn't blow off rocks no matter how hard I blow water at it. That change your opinion at all?

Could also be a hydrozoa
.
Generally hydroids in Medusa stage look like jellyfish
