Help with ID

I tried to get a video, hope it's clear enough. I'm pretty sure it's dinos, if I blast it all off the rocks and sand it comes back pretty quickly and is full of bubbles.

Any guesses? Do I need to try to get a better video?
I'm planning on trying to clear it with a rip clean

I tried a week with almost no light, dosing peroxide when lights out and microbacter7 during day. I blasted as much off rocks/sand and changed filters daily.

It just keeps coming back.
