I have these brown stalk-like things growing on my hammer coral. Every time I pull them off with forceps the coral is happier but then they grow back within a few days.
Last attempt my husband tried to smother them with super glue, which is what all that white stuff is at the base. It took about a week but they’re back again.
I thought they might be hydroids but I’m not sure. Anybody have a better idea? TIA!
