Can someone help ID what is growing on the rock work? I thought maybe some type of sponge at first, but I don’t know. Any help would be greatly appreciated….

Pics are very dark with blue lighting- need pics under white lighting
May be sympodium coral

Still a little hard to see but may also be pocciipora. This is what sympodium looks like:

Any white light pics? (You can shine a flashlight on it and take a pic if you don’t have a way to turn white lights on above the tank.)

Haha, yeah sorry - that's part of why I threw in the TLDR at the bottom there. Here are some photos of colonial tunicates with similar body structure (and some with - from what I can tell - similar coloration) to help decide if it is a colonial tunicate:
