Agree on cyano also known as blue green cyano and generally dark green despite name. While it should be treated like regular cyano, this stuff is a little more difficult to get rid of because most clean up crew species are not interested in it. Snails such as chitons, limpets, and nerites can eat it, but don't expect them to do the whole job for you.

It’s not that bad right now but the problem is the best way to treat it I have been battling trying to keep my phosphates and nitrates in check phosphates keep wanting to drop to zero
I have been using Dr. Tim’s waste away and Eco balance and constantly doing water tests
I had to phosphates running real good for about a week staying in the.04 to.08 Range and then for some reason they just dropped to zero
This is the second time it’s done that and I have to dose a whole lot more to get it back in that range again
I am assuming because it’s only been a few weeks since I redid the rock work and took out the sand that I am going to have swings with the nutrients but how can I just keep it so it doesn’t get that bad is what I’m trying and seem like I can never get it
