Just noticed these what are they lol white things with tentacles but doesn’t look like aiptasha

That's super hard to see. Try to get a clearer picture if you can. In the meantime, you might check out ball anemones.

Are they safe

They can sting things (you included), but they aren’t likely to harm anything (I don’t see any corals nearby). They’re usually only around for a few weeks.
