Lumi light duo? Its new right? Has it came with the mount brackets?

Yeah it's a newer light. I turned it on and tested the color and dimmer and I love the light. but the mounting brackets are dumb that it comes with and I cannot figure out a way to mount it with the supplied brackets.

Thanks man! I appreciate it, I would love to be able to use this light. I just held it up next over the tank and it makes a huge difference. I've looked everywhere I can think of online and cannot find anything on it.

Oh wow not sure, the regular reefbrite hinges attach onto an ati fixture with the 2 corner screws. Let me see what i can find for you. Sounds cool tho, color and dimmer reefbrite? Sweet

Spoke with a guy from Reef Brite this morning. He said if i send them the light directly that he would install the brackets on the light for me and then send it back to me at no charge other than the shipping of course. So now i'm wondering if i should do that or just send the light back to Marine Depot and get the higher end Reef Brite strip. But at least they are willing to take care of me. I just wish that they would have pointed that out in the light description. The description says the brackets will fit in the popular t5 fixtures.

Thats up to you, if you like the strip yo be tunable then i say keep it nd send it to reefbrite

So you have both? haha. Which one do you like better?
Not sure yet lol. My powermodule i have is just to burn in bulbs, has the xho attached to it. I had the xho and tech on my red sea tank, i cant point fingers but some stuff was bleaching especially lps encluding my acans(that started to turn orange. I took the xho off and stuff looked alot better so i just left the tech on

Thanks man, That is what i was leaning towards anyways. So it's either the Tech or send my Lumi light in for mounting brackets. dang i hate these kind of decisions.
