I have a jabeo pump that is going in reverse. This pump does this sometimes after cleaning but blowing water in it or putting my hand in front of it normally fixes it well today took it out for a good cleaning and nothing can get it to work have unplugged it multiple times etc. how can I fix this. Only other pump I have is a koralia crappy one

How long have you had this pump and what model is it?

I've gone through 6 jebao pumps and have never seen or heard of this. I would assume it is a faulty pump,

Sw4 and maybe 4 months if that
I would contact wherever you purchased it from and see about an exchange or return. They definitely are not made to go in reverse.
In the meantime, I would pull it out and use a different powerhead just in case of stray voltage or exposed copper parts.
Jebao isnt the best quality, so some instances like this one should be expected

may have a burned coil inside the pump or a burned power transistor in the controller. Get a replacement.
The sw4 is a BLCD motor. These kinds of motors have a stator that produces a rotating magnetic field and a rotor with a magnet. The motor itself can rotate in either direction depending on the rotating direction of the magnetic field. If you have a burned coil or the controller not working properly the magnetic field is uneven and the motor can start in either direction, usually with less power as well.
